At Drykids, we want you and your little ones to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unwashed condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
